Really nice find, mate, I've found quite a few of these Wm III sixpences and shillings but none in as good condition as yours, well done. My oldman is from Oxford and I stay there from time to time and hunt.

Hi Silver Rocket
This is my third William III, but one is very worn and was used as a love token, you must get some nice stuff down in Oxford mate

Just do it for the fun of the hobby and the exercise plus the few bits I find are the bonus. Cant stand being stuck inside all day so need to get out on the beach or in the countryside. Personally don't bother with how much a find is worth as I just add to my growing collection. Love the history behind the finds and what I enjoy the most about this great hobby. UK has the history so plenty to find.
